The position supports daily operational tasks within the Sales & Marketing Administration team. The individual will act as the first point of contact internally for the team, solving issues, answering queries, and delivering results. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end processes regarding customer accounts, coordinating the order to cash processes, ensuring KPIs are retrieved and analyzed, and supporting the team as a process/area expert. The role also involves performing key activities done by the Sales team, acting as a proxy when needed, and handling administrative tasks such as cost center analysis and budget season support. Additionally, the individual will provide support with presentations and global macro-economic trend analysis, as well as create periodic or specific ad hoc reporting.
