We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable part-time Sales Specialist to join our team and represent our client at the assigned Nebraska Furniture Mart location. In this exciting role, you will be the go-to expert. Simultaneously, you will be a valuable resource for Nebraska Furniture Mart sales associates, training them on the client's product ecosystem to better serve their customers. Requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence both customers and retail associates, guiding them toward a deeper understanding of the client’s product ecosystem.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively as part of a team, building strong relationships with both retail associates and management.
  • Thrive on independence and take the initiative to manage your time and tasks effectively to achieve your goals without constant supervision.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and motivated by achieving measurable results in a competitive environment.
  • Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every interaction is positive, informative, and leads to lasting customer satisfaction.
  • A strong passion for technology and a solid understanding of the client’s product ecosystem.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Must be tech-savvy and own a smartphone.
  • Availability to work weekend shifts is required.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire Customers: Proactively engage with shoppers on the sales floor, demonstrating the client’s products and showcasing their value.
  • Empower Associates: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for Nebraska Furniture Mart sales associates on the features, benefits, and sales techniques for the client’s products.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets for the client’s products through direct customer interaction and by empowering retail associates.
  • Build Relationships: Forge strong, collaborative relationships with retail management and sales associates to ensure the successful promotion of the client’s products within the store.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the client as a passionate, knowledgeable, and reliable brand ambassador, creating a positive and memorable experience for everyone you interact with.
  • Maintain Product Expertise: Stay up to date on all new client products, features, and technology to provide accurate and compelling information.
  • Effective Merchandising: Ensure all client product displays are well-maintained, stocked, and visually appealing to attract customers and drive sales.
  • Provide Insights: Report on sales performance, market trends, and feedback from customers and store associates to help refine strategies.
