The work involves Saturday workday for a 5 day work week. The Director of Marketing and Events lays a vital role in the smooth operation and growth of the child day center. This position is responsible for managing the enrollment process, ensuring effective communication with parents and staff, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for working with people
Requirements
- Experience in Sales and events is required
- Degree in Marketing or related
- Previous experience in sales
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and social media
