Each Sales Consultant receives unrivaled training, including: Thorough product knowledge of our quality-crafted products The technology that drives HOM Furniture, streamlines our work and simplifies our customer's shopping experience Our unique customer focused sales solution approach The art of meticulous accuracy and follow up when processing each order and delivery Mentoring to achieve financial growth as a consultant and/or career advancement opportunities in a leadership or corporate role We focus on exceptional customer experiences, whether virtually via our online digital showroom or inside one of our large, beautiful stores. Each Sales Consultant listens attentively and asks the right questions, then delivers the perfect design solution every time. They love the end result nearly as much as their customers! Sales Consultants participate in maintaining price cards plus light duty vacuuming and dusting in their assigned areas.
Requirements
- Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Nice To Haves
- Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.
