Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; equivalent experience is also considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling surgical devices or medical equipment
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical terminology
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Applies in-depth Product Management knowledge to carry out daily operations under moderate supervision.
  • Conducts complex analyses to create reports on consumer behavior, product performance, and market trends.
  • Researches and evaluates new Product Management techniques and recommends enhancements to existing processes and protocol.
  • Creates presentations to illustrate progress on product developments, launches, and roadmaps.
  • Conducts pricing calculations for new products to determine product value based on market assessments.
  • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
