In this role, you’ll assist with preparing quotes, managing customer data, and supporting internal sales processes. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team at our Findlay, Ohio, headquarters, while contributing to global operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an associate’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to create charts and data visualizations using Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (including co-op placements and internships).
  • Basic understanding of reading blueprints for wire harnesses and terminals (or willingness to learn).
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, sales forecasting tools, and supplier portal platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Enter finished goods pricing, extended forecasts, ROI codes, and phase-out forecast changes into Glovia G2 ERP.
  • Maintain and update the Product Realization database, RFQ matrix, and material component price lists.
  • Prepare and update monthly management reports and customer satisfaction scorecards, and verify pricing lists against Glovia G2 ERP.
  • Support quotation process by drafting quotes with material, process, and tooling information; assist with RFQ cover sheets and copper/yen adjustment paperwork.
  • Circulating RFQs to Engineering, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining organized Sales RFQ files.
  • Conduct and participate in weekly Product Realization and RFQ meetings; monitor and distribute RFQ priorities.
  • Review extended forecasts against short-term data shipment history; update as needed.
  • Maintain and track Product Change Requests (PCRs); ensure completion and filling in job files.
  • Check and resolve zero or temporary pricing issues with Sales, review EC notes for forecast changes.
  • Attend dead stock meetings and support initiatives to minimize dead stock costs.
