Position Overview Rally Networks is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our in-office sales team. This phone-based role focuses on evaluating current accounts, responding to inbound inquiries, and converting prospective customers into active subscribers. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, confident discussing service plans, and motivated by earning commission on top of a competitive base salary.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective customers via phone
- Follow up with individuals who have contacted Rally Networks about service
- Evaluate current customer accounts to identify upgrade and retention opportunities
- Clearly explain internet packages, pricing, and service options
- Guide customers through the signup process from inquiry to activation
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth installations
