Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year institution required.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 2+ years B2B sales experience.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to effectively engage and persuade customers, with strong selling capabilities.
  • Work Ethic & Professionalism: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a professional demeanor.
  • Driving Record: Must maintain a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Licensing & Documentation: Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrates a strong ability to achieve and surpass goals.
  • Perseverance: Maintains resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Solution-Oriented Selling: Uses selling approaches to identify and address customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Performance: Exceed sales targets by promoting Corium products for appropriate patients to healthcare providers and office staff within the assigned territory.
  • Engage and Educate Providers: Conduct persuasive, compliant, and effective sales calls to approved prescribers, leading to appropriate prescriptions for Corium products.
  • Territory Management: Use data to develop and implement a strategic business plan aligned with corporate goals and marketing strategy to optimize sales potential while managing resources within budget.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all company policies, legal and industry regulations, and demonstrate ethical sales practices.
  • Represent Corium with a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Additional duties as required

Benefits

  • Expected salary of $80K+ plus competitive sales incentive compensation plan plus car allowance.
