The Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting Fleetwood products by scheduling and conducting sales meetings with architects, builders, and contractors in targeted markets. This role requires extensive travel, a minimum of four days a week, including out-of-state trips as directed by the Architectural Sales Manager. Key duties include canvassing for new firms, providing critical analysis of job plans, hosting product knowledge seminars, and participating in company tradeshows. The specialist is expected to maintain high involvement in market research and product development, cultivate quality connections with top-priority firms, and offer showroom tours. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
