About The Position

As an Agent Recruiter, you will assist the agents as they contract with various health insurance carriers. You will become an expert in contract processing procedures and activities related to contract requests and proposals. You will also work closely with agencies and agents, the sales team, and other internal departments to ensure effective working relationships. As insurance is such a unique field, we do not expect you to have prior knowledge. The ability to learn quickly, think critically, and problem-solving are necessary skills for this position as you will be faced with complicated problems. We will, however, always be there when you have a question. A large part of this position is data entry, so you must be incredibly detail-oriented and organized. We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our data.

Requirements
