The Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and executing successful sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in territory. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Digital Pathology team. The role is U.S.-based and fully remote, supporting the Pacific Northwest territory (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY). Preference will be given to candidates located in Washington or Oregon to support effective regional coverage. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local assigned team within their territory. Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor. Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies. Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (such as Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
  • Minimum 3+ years relevant sales (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven time management skills
  • Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to travel – 50-75%, mostly in territory
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 15 lbs.

  • The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
