Make an impact The Sales Specialist will support marketing and leasing efforts across multiple communities, driving occupancy and overall sales performance. The Sales Specialist will partner closely with both field teams and corporate leadership to ensure consistency, performance, and a high-quality customer experience. Support sales and leasing activity across multiple communities as a traveling Sales Specialist. Engage with prospective residents and families, guiding them through the leasing and decision-making process. Execute sales strategies to drive occupancy and meet or exceed community goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with on-site teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate data within CRM systems. Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and community teams to support communication and execution. Participate in local networking events to generate leads and build referral relationships. Adapt quickly to new communities, markets, and team dynamics while maintaining performance standards. What you should bring 3+ years of sales or leasing experience within senior living, healthcare, or a related industry. Proven success in achieving occupancy goals and driving sales performance. Experience working across multiple locations or supporting multi-site operations preferred. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline. Willingness and ability to travel frequently. Positive, professional attitude with a strong team orientation.
