Requirements

Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of retail, cashier, or customer service experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
- Forklift or equipment experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver fast, friendly, straightforward service
- Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy
- Process cash, credit, and debit payments—and balance your drawer
- Answer questions and guide customers to the right products
- Build relationships and support repeat business
- Conduct outreach to existing and potential customers
- Use NetSuite and POS systems for daily transactions
- Step into the yard to assist customers when needed
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all cash handling and safety procedures
