Aura is expanding its Inside Sales team and seeking high-energy, ambitious Upsell Sales Specialists to help our existing customers maximize the value of their Aura memberships. In this remote, work-from-home position, you'll proactively engage current Aura customers, consult on their needs, and offer additional products and upgrades that strengthen their digital protection. Responsibilities

  • Master and evangelize Aura’s story and mission to “create a safer internet” for individuals and families
  • Become an expert on Aura’s product suite and how it protects customers’ digital lives
  • Make daily outbound calls to existing customers to discuss enhanced protection options, upgrades, and additional features
  • Consult and advise customers on the best ways to strengthen their online safety through personalized solutions
  • Achieve or exceed monthly upsell and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales approaches and customer experience
  • Stay informed on industry trends and cybersecurity news to act as a trusted advisor to customers
