Our dynamic Company is looking for customer service-oriented Team Members to join our Sales team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries about product location, pricing, and usage, and assisting customers in finding the right products for their needs. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring that all customers are served quickly, accurately, and courteously. The Sales Specialist will constantly upgrade their product knowledge and assist customers by guiding them to the appropriate departments and personally locating products. Responsibilities include selling and closing sales on a project-oriented basis, demonstrating related products, and presenting promotional sales information. The role also involves maintaining merchandising responsibilities, ensuring that product locations are accurately labeled, and stocking shelves with merchandise. In addition to customer service duties, the Sales Specialist will operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, complete required product knowledge self-study guides, and adhere to safety and security procedures. The position requires a commitment to quality and productivity, with the expectation to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. This is a non-exempt position with shifts available in both full-time and part-time schedules, accommodating a retail schedule from Sunday to Saturday, between 5:00 am and 9:00 pm.
