Job Description Role SAP Sales Specialist SAP Key requirements and key responsibilities: Rich and diverse background and understanding of Global SAP business and regional Market unit. Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and expand the SAP portfolio across the region. This includes planning, solutioning, and delivering customer journeys from ECC to S/4HANA RISE offerings. Creation of large proactive deals, creating strategy, planning and roadmap. Proven track record in consulting, advising and solution selling. Lead range of RFP/RFI initiatives within the account. Excellent customer interface skills - communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings. Develop long term valued relationships with the client. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Ensure successful service delivery of SAP services signings. Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode. Cross sector experience will be a clear advantage. Prior experience in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment or any experience with a Global Delivery Model based IT Services company will be an added advantage.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years' record of sales quota attainment against a $10M or higher target.
  • At least 5 years managing large scale enterprise SAP projects.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP platforms and solutions including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, RISE, BTP, Ariba and related technologies.
  • Good understanding of SAP product strategy and several functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, PP, PS, WM, BTP.
  • Experience in SAP pre-sales/sales cycles and leading/senior architecture roles on 5+ SAP projects.
  • Develop relationships with SAP executives, sales and account teams.
