GALLO is seeking a passionate Sales Specialist - On Premise & Casino to build lasting relationships and grow our presence with independent restaurants, casinos, and national on-premise accounts. You'll prospect and nurture accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and use advanced direct-selling techniques to maximize distribution of our brands. Your day-to-day will include strategic selling, executing wine dinners and staff trainings, supporting charitable events to increase brand exposure, and collaborating with retail partners to ensure in-market availability. You'll be a trusted consultant for clients, developing proposals and presentations that solve business needs while meeting targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. Success in this role requires strong time management, public speaking, and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to manage expenses and meet attendance expectations. You'll execute corporate programs for chain and casino accounts and ensure compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
