About The Position
The position is responsible for providing advanced product knowledge specific to local vendors and Hawai'i-made products, educated recommendations, and Dress Blue Experience to all customers throughout their Marine Corps Exchange shopping experience. The incumbent will meet personal and department sales goals, coach Sales Associates on product knowledge in various categories, and may be scheduled at the checkout, other departments, or customer service desk for coverage. The role reports to the Sales Manager and involves taking advantage of training opportunities to develop selling skills, educating customers, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
