Responsible for growing parts revenue through increasing sales with the current customer base while acquiring sales through new customers. Responsible for processing parts sales, customer orders and responding to customer's inquiries, questions or concerns regarding parts related services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered. High school diploma or GED required
  • 4+ years of customer service and/or sales experience (HVAC or parallel industry parts store experience preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle POS experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Sell HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone and in-person interacting with customers on a daily basis
  • Support internal sales team by providing overall technical support and researching options including, receiving and processing orders, product and service questions, warranty administration and working though customer concerns.
  • Research competitive information to competitively price all inventory while maintaining a solid profit margin
  • Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Grow current customer base by growing the number of customers.
  • Pursue new strategies to grow total office sales both through current and new customers.
  • Make regular sales calls to customers.
