Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to have thoughtful and respectful communication with clients
  • Detail oriented, with a high level of organizational skills
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills including MS Office Applications, and working with complex computer systems
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year of administrative experience

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, coordinate and prepare for meetings, internally and externally, organizing samples and market products for presentations.
  • Support with PowerPoint and Excel tasks for the Commercial team, completing special assignments as required
  • Organize and coordinate samples, ensuring accurate and timely delivery, meeting all deadlines
  • Maintain customer relationships through clear communication and prompt task completion, including paperwork, and other requests
  • Utilize commercial systems, such as SAP and ATLAS, to manage project lifecycles, documentation, and maintain data
  • Interact with the Customer Care team globally to ensure smooth processing of orders and to resolve issues
