Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• 10-15 years of experience in technical and marketing roles related to the products.
• Strong product marketing and sales skills.
• Focus on problem-solving strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Structured approach to engineering solutions.
• Intercultural sensitivity.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Influence technical specifications for existing and new customers.
• Develop and grow the product line pipeline.
• Acquire new customers by demonstrating product quality and value.
• Create technical documents such as white papers and technical comparisons.
• Enhance the technical capabilities of the sales team.
• Define and implement go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure market and product fit for new developments.
• Participate in IEEE committees for the product line.
