About The Position

Hand and Stone of West Seattle is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with appointments, and promoting our services to enhance the overall client experience. We pride ourselves in promoting a culture of respect, accountability, integrity, honesty, and care for both our employees and clients.

Requirements

• Strong sales abilities to effectively promote spa services and products (Memberships, packages, enhancements, gift cards).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Goal oriented with an outgoing personality to be able to meet personal and business goals.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work alone or with a team.
• Ability to work within the guidelines and policies of Hand and Stone.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in POS systems and spa software for transaction processing (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Promote spa services and products through effective sales techniques.
• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling inquiries (via phone, email, text or in-person).
• Utilize POS and Zenoti software to process transactions and maintain accurate client records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa.
• Handle any client concerns or feedback professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Other tasks as assigned by the management team.
