About The Position

Highland Management Group works hand-in-hand with Frontier Communications, delivering tech-forward services to households and neighborhoods across the map. We believe every sale is a solution, and every campaign is a chance to connect. Right now, we need a frontline leader who knows what real work looks like - and how powerful it can be. As a Sales Solutions Associate, you'll lead, guide, mentor, and mobilize a high-performing crew delivering Frontier Communications services across Tampa neighborhoods.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or direct customer service, ideally in a field-based environment
  • Natural leadership skills—you know how to inspire, push, and rally a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; people listen when you speak
  • Resilience and grit to handle long days and keep performance high
  • Self-motivated drive to lead by example, not just delegate
  • Organizational skills to manage schedules, track progress, and keep data clean
  • Professionalism and integrity—you do the right thing, even when no one’s watching

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience leading or supervising a sales team
  • Background in telecom, tech, or utility sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or digital sales tracking tools
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs
  • Experience training new hires or running sales workshops
  • History of consistently meeting or beating sales targets
  • Bilingual skills that help connect with diverse local communities

Responsibilities

  • Representing Frontier Communications through the execution of residential sales programs and achieving clearly defined sales targets
  • Meeting directly with homeowners and renters to uncover their telecommunications needs and confidently closing sales by guiding them through Frontier’s product benefits and features
  • Establishing genuine connections with potential customers to best understand their needs and recommending products and services that satisfy their requirements and lifestyle
  • Tracking your own daily performance and KPIs, adjusting your sales approach to improve results
  • Identifying new sales opportunities within your territory to help drive consistent performance and maximize earning potential
  • Following assigned schedules and territory plans to stay organized, efficient, and maximize productivity in customer outreach and sales performance
  • Addressing customer concerns or questions with empathy, professionalism and confidence, ensuring a smooth and positive sales experience
