About The Position

Purvis Industries is looking for qualified Account Manager Trainee candidates to join our Sales & Service Management Trainee Program (SSMTP). The program starts in late May and is held in our Ft. Worth, TX, training center, lasting six months. There, you will gain hands-on training covering a multitude of product disciplines, including bearings, motors, power transmission, conveyor belting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and variable frequency drives, to name a few. Trainees will also learn effective sales approaches, time and territory management, cold calling skills, how to deliver professional presentations, develop sales plans, and effectively communicate the Purvis value proposition.

Requirements

• A degree from a 2-year or 4-year accredited institution OR
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in plant maintenance or similar.
