You'll guide the sales team through busy days, ensure compliance with state and company regulations, and step in wherever needed to maintain efficient operations. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment
• A strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
• Detail-oriented, with solid organizational and problem-solving skills
• Confident in guiding, training, and motivating team members
• Committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience every shift
• We're seeking strong communicators and dependable leaders who balance professionalism with a people-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Experienced in cannabis retail leadership (1+ year preferred)

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members, helping them grow into confident, knowledgeable sales professionals
• Monitor sales transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service
• Lead by example by actively supporting the sales floor during peak hours
• Handle cash management responsibilities, returns, and register closings with precision
• Create and manage daily break schedules to ensure seamless shift coverage
• Delegate tasks, motivate your team, and foster a positive, accountable shift culture
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
