Requirements

  • A passion for sales and service, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
  • High school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Lifeguard, CPR/AED, First Aid certifications and Ellis lifeguarding certifications required.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Certifications must be kept up to date.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor, and/or childcare provider preferred.
  • Two or more years as a swimming instructor preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire our front desk and sales teams to achieve excellence in customer service and sales.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient school activities in line with our standard procedures.
  • Provide training and mentorship to front desk staff, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Drive sales through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and lead management.
  • Conduct regular audits and provide insightful reports to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
  • Oversee the retail and vending areas, ensuring they are well-stocked, organized, and profitable.
  • Foster a positive and engaging environment for both employees and customers, enhancing the overall Goldfish Swim School experience.
