Who you are The Sales & Service Lead is a senior front-of-house team member and a trusted presence on the floor. This role requires somone confident, guest-focused, and comfortable taking ownership — whether that means coaching teammates, handling elevated guest needs, or driving sales conversations with ease. Our ideal candidate doesn’t require constant direction to make an impact. This person knows how to read a room, support a team in motion, and lead by example. Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services, retail, events, or a similar environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
  • Comfort multitasking and leading in a fast-paced setting
  • Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to walk, stand, and interact with guests for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift, carry, bend, and set up items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, including outdoors in varying weather conditions

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a lead, trainer, or shift-level supervisor
  • Experience supporting events, memberships, or group bookings
  • Interest in golf, sports, or community-driven experiences

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistently excellent hospitality and serve as a role model for guest interactions
  • Confidently guide guests through memberships, events, and on-site offerings
  • Support elevated guest needs or concerns with professionalism and care
  • Reinforce service and sales best practices during active shifts
  • Support onboarding and training of new Sales & Service Specialists through hands-on coaching
  • Serve as a trusted peer who provides clear direction and feedback to junior team members during shifts
  • Help uphold expectations around professionalism, service standards, and operational execution
  • Communicate performance or conduct concerns to managers with clear, objective observations
  • Support leagues, group outings, and private events as needed
  • Assist with event-related guest communication and execution on-site
  • Help ensure events are well-run, organized, and aligned with Golf Ranch service standards
  • Support daily operations across front desk, range, concession, and retail as needed
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures when assigned
  • Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and readiness of guest-facing spaces
  • Work closely with managers and teammates to ensure smooth shift execution
