About The Position

The Sales Service Representative provides exceptional customer service and support for internal and external customers, focusing on Industrial and Graphics products. This position is responsible for customer satisfaction, supporting sales revenue goals as well as market share targets. Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely order fulfillment, and proactive problem-solving. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding product availability. Initiate, process, and update sales orders according to customer specifications. Verify purchase order accuracy and obtain necessary information for order completion. Monitor job order progress and relay information to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant documents. Lead internal communication with manufacturing, planning, accounting, product, and sales management teams. Advocate for teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products to existing and potential customers. Identify and recommend improvements to systems and processes for enhanced efficiency. Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • minimum of two years of Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Window’s applications
  • Experience in Order Entry software applications
  • Strong math skills
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Math Skills: Solid math skills for interpreting production specifications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with order entry software.
  • Continuous improvement: Maintain a process optimization mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Experience with modern order entry software
