Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Senior Specialist for their Completions & Wellbore Intervention Team. This team is a leader in well construction and production, providing innovative physical and digital solutions to improve efficiency, production, and increase reservoir value. The Completions Team collaborates with on-site operators and customers to offer support and guidance, ensuring the maximization of well capacity and value. The Sales Senior Specialist will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes, utilizing their expertise to solve problems and execute objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or sales position)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in oilfield sales or CWI operations

Responsibilities

  • Being the primary point of contact to external customers to build relationships and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborating across customers, engineering, and management teams to ensure site operations and maintenance activities aligned to technical requirements
  • Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or project for the assigned clients
  • Identifying new opportunities for sales via new customers or new product sets
  • Responding to customer needs for quotes, based on bids and tenders to provide info
  • Working based on predefined contracts price frameworks, contributing to prices and conditions, and forecasting future revenue
