Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age and HS Diploma
  • Professional and friendly phone demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable and driven to succeed
  • Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn new tools – experience with Excel a plus
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in customer outreach, call center or sales support preferred

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners who had prior appointments or interest in solar
  • Conduct quality assurance conversations to understand the homeowner’s previous experience and address any lingering hesitations
  • Identify and address hesitations or challenges that prevented homeowners from moving forward previously
  • Re-engage and reschedule homeowners with a solar professional
  • Support the preparation of solar designs and contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner’s interactions
  • Meet or exceed performance goals related to engagement, reschedules and conversations
  • Occasional visits to the office location for training and team building events – otherwise position is 95% remote
