Russell Cellular is seeking a self-motivated individual for the role of Store Manager, a Premium Wireless Agent for Verizon. This position offers an opportunity for growth and financial stability in retail sales. As a Store Manager, you will equip customers with the wireless products they need and ensure the best wireless experience for every customer. You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services, create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns, and continually increase your knowledge of telecommunications products and services. You will also observe and teach retail sales reps, develop action plans for sales goals, conduct new hire training, and manage shift scheduling.
