As a Premium Wireless Agent for Verizon, you will be responsible for equipping customers with the wireless products they need and ensuring the best wireless experience for every customer. Your role will involve facilitating retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services, creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns, and continually increasing your knowledge of telecommunications products and services. You will also observe and teach retail sales reps best practices, develop action plans for sales goals, and manage new hire training and scheduling.
