About The Position

Russell Cellular is seeking a self-motivated individual for the role of Store Manager, a Premium Wireless Agent for Verizon. This position offers an opportunity for growth and financial stability in retail sales. As a Store Manager, you will equip customers with the wireless products they need and ensure the best wireless experience for every customer. You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services, create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns, and continually increase your knowledge of telecommunications products and services. You will also observe and teach retail sales reps, develop action plans for sales goals, conduct interviews, and manage shift scheduling.

Requirements

• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services to the general public
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns
• Continually increase knowledge of telecommunications products and services
• Observe retail sales reps selling process and teach best practices
• Seek additional sales through creative marketing and community involvement
• Develop and monitor action plans for daily/month sales goals
• Prepare Wireless Specialist reviews with approval from the District Sales Manager
• Facilitate new hire sales training program
• Pre-screen job applicants and conduct interviews
• Hire new employees with approval from the District Sales Manager
• Conduct disciplinary action plans as needed with approval from the District Sales Manager
• Manage shift scheduling
