About The Position

We are seeking experienced Sales Representatives to drive commercial roofing revenue within an assigned territory. This role focuses on selling roofing repairs, restorations, maintenance services, and complete roofing systems to established and prospective commercial clients. The position requires a strong ability to prospect, build relationships with decision-makers, and manage accounts through the full sales lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B outside construction sales experience
  • Proven experience working directly with key decision-makers, including C-level executives
  • Strong understanding of construction services and administrative processes
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed established sales quotas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must follow all OSHA guidelines and standard operating procedures
  • Must pass mandatory and random drug testing
  • Valid and clean driver’s license required
  • Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Sell commercial roofing repairs, restorations, roofing systems, and maintenance services to commercial clients within the assigned territory
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing commercial accounts while developing new business opportunities
  • Prospect for new sales and act as the primary point of contact for major customer accounts
  • Create and manage a daily schedule of productive sales activities using qualified leads and creative prospecting methods
  • Initiate and respond to telephone outreach with potential customers
  • Build and maintain an active lead generation plan through referrals, local builders, cold calling, direct outreach, and community relationships
  • Develop and manage a proposal backlog sufficient to meet assigned sales targets
  • Conduct detailed inspections of customer properties to determine system requirements and prepare accurate layouts
  • Identify customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies to close deals
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, clearly explaining identified issues and recommended solutions
  • Close sales and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales objectives
  • Manage customer accounts post-sale to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Attend pre-job meetings to confirm and align customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Operate in accordance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
