About The Position

We are seeking Sales Representatives to engage in Grower to Grower sales of dormant and pre-finished flowering crops to the trade. This role involves working closely with established National Chain Accounts, focusing on selling potted holiday plants and a variety of other products on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for horticulture, enabling them to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the horticulture or agriculture industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of flowering crops and horticultural practices is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with National Chain Accounts.
• Familiarity with potted holiday plants and seasonal sales trends.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales of dormant and pre-finished flowering crops to trade customers.
• Work with established National Chain Accounts to promote and sell potted holiday plants.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding product selection and care.
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
