In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction within Target Tech retail locations on various Wireless products, accessories, and services to customers. You will engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates, participate in in-store promotions, and coordinate with appropriate personnel. Additionally, you will participate in wireless sales events in Target locations, maintain sound knowledge of wireless products and services, and attend requested training sessions and conference calls. Establishing and managing critical relationships within Target Tech and developing positive business relationships with store management and employees will also be key components of your role.
