In this role, you will establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations. You will demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment and conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts. Your responsibilities will include generating sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques, with leads prequalified and provided by the company. You will also attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training to enhance your skills and knowledge. Your essential job responsibilities will involve effectively presenting and delivering sales presentations in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals. You will also attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keeping current on sales information and materials, industry trends, and setting and reviewing performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
