SouthernCarlson is seeking a driven sales professional with experience in construction or manufacturing tools and supplies to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. We have been a trusted partner for professional contractors and manufacturers since 1947, offering a broad selection of high-quality tools, fasteners, jobsite supplies, and tool repair services.   • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets
  • Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach
  • Manage customer accounts, proactively resolving issues and coordinating deliveries
  • Present tailored, solution-driven proposals to help customers succeed
  • Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and customer needs
  • Spend time in the field cultivating and strengthening customer relationships
  • 1+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in construction or industrial supply
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Mechanically inclined and knowledgeable about tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
  • Established network in the industry or strong ability to build one
  • Excel in both verbal and written communication; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and detail-driven
  • Can lift 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Base salary + uncapped commission
