About The Position

This position is designed for individuals who are eager to assist clients in securing loans and guiding them through the loan application process. No prior experience in the financial industry is required, as we are committed to providing comprehensive training to help you develop the necessary skills and knowledge for the role. Our focus is on giving our clients a fresh start with financial planning that will set them up for long-term success. We pride ourselves on our service and education process, which distinguishes us from other lenders. Our goal is to find the best possible loan for our clients' specific needs. As an Entry-Level Inside Sales Loan Advisor, you will benefit from NMLS training and have access to a dedicated licensing team that will support you in obtaining the required licenses to excel in this position. The role features a base salary plus uncapped commission, and you will receive warm, real-time customer-submitted leads to work with.
