Requirements

  • Any prior sales, customer service, or retail experience welcomed
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience
  • Maintain product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
  • Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and manage your sales pipeline
  • Work collaboratively with teammates, sales managers, and finance staff
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
