About The Position

Patten Title Company is a well-established real estate title insurance company with offices in Austin and Houston. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of the current market
conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business (preferred)
• Title, Real Estate, or Insurance industry experience (preferred)
• 3+ years' of sales or account management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with any CRM database (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
• Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
