About The Position

This role is remote but candidate must live in assigned territory (San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara or Ventura Counties, CA). Travel within the territory is required. We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will drive business development to increase market share and sales within a designated geographic territory. Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent industry work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate with technical acumen.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Consultative selling skills.
  • Effective time and territory management.
  • Ability to solidify relationships.
  • Team-driven.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Allocate lead generation time based on market demographics and distribution strategy.
  • Monitor field installations for procedural adherence.
  • Increase approvals and specifications.
  • Prepare status reports on activities, closings, follow-ups, and adherence goals.
  • Generate customer quotations.
  • Participate in trade shows and events promoting ADS products.
  • Operate within approved pricing parameters.
  • Develop and maintain information portfolios.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and professionals.
  • Maintain product knowledge and sales materials.
  • Grow customer business.
  • Actively participate in industry trade association meetings and events.
