About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for meeting with clients in person, promoting products or services, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship building.
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a sales team.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets consistently.
• Bilingual English-Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned territories to meet with potential and existing customers, discussing their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Identify prospective customers and follow up on sales leads to build a consistent sales pipeline.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to strategize sales approaches effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts, reporting regularly to management.
