About The Position

We’re hiring a motivated Sales Representative who is interested in more than just hitting targets — someone who wants to grow into leadership. This role is part of our structured Sales-to-Leadership Development Track , designed to develop high-performing sales professionals into future Team Leads and Managers. You’ll begin by mastering our sales process and delivering strong results. From there, you’ll gain mentorship, coaching, and opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Manage pipeline and client follow-ups
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
  • Assist with team training sessions
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as performance grows
