Requirements
- Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the desire to succeed.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

- Connect with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection and buying process.
- Present product features, benefits, and finance options clearly and confidently.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and training to maintain your edge.
