About The Position

We are a growing precision contract manufacturer specializing in high-quality turned metal components for OEM customers across the hydraulic, aerospace, medical, defense, automotive, and industrial equipment markets. Our reputation is built on engineering-driven solutions, exceptional quality, and on-time delivery.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and develop long-term, high-value OEM relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, machining, industrial products, or related fields
• Proven track record of sales growth and customer relationship development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct on-site customer visits, sales presentations, and plant tours
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts
• Stay current on industry trends, material requirements, and precision manufacturing processes
• Develop knowledge of CNC turning, Swiss turning, and related machining technologies
• Report directly to company management and ownership
