Requirements

  • 1+ Years of experience and success in sales and building rapport.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients.
  • Ability to close deals and upsell policy.
  • Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong phone presence.

Responsibilities

  • Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy.
  • Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions.
  • Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.
  • Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture.
  • Ability to learn the product suite quickly.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
