About The Position
Sims-Lohman is looking for a Sales Representative Focus in Multi-Family Division . This position is responsible for building strong relationships with residential builders and developers, managing multiple cabinet and countertop projects, and ensuring each job runs smoothly from start to finish.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design (multi-family experience preferred)
- Proficiency in 20/20 Design software
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office and order entry systems
Nice To Haves
- Cabinet, countertop, or stone industry experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Be the main contact for multi-family builders and contractors
- Manage several projects at once, keeping them on schedule and within budget
- Create and update 20/20 kitchen and bath designs
- Prepare estimates and process customer orders
- Coordinate with vendors, installers, and internal teams
- Communicate regularly with customers about project updates
- Resolve issues quickly to maintain excellent customer satisfaction
