About The Position

The Sales Representative role is for individuals who are adventurous, courageous, and competitive, and enjoy interacting with people. Responsibilities include initiating conversations with customers, creating opportunities for families to take affordable vacations, and selling vacation getaways to destinations across the US. This is a full-time position with a 30-hour work week (5 days a week for 6 hours a day). Full benefits, including Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, PTO, and Vacation Time, are available after 60 days of employment. Compensation includes an hourly wage of $14 plus commission on vacation package sales. The company, Bluegreen Vacations Corporation, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (HGV) as of January 17, 2024, and is currently integrating its technology, systems, and branding with HGV.
