About The Position

Sales Representative – B2B | Base + Uncapped Commissions Columbus, OH (In Office) Full-Time | Monday–Friday Consolidated Employer Services (CES) is one of the fastest-growing companies in Ohio , providing administrative services and support to small and midsize businesses in payroll, human resources, risk management, and employee benefits . We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Columbus team. Why Join CES? Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred (B2B a plus)
• Can sell yourself to clients and leadership
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work full-time in person at our Columbus office

Responsibilities

• Conduct inside and outside sales activities
• Set appointments via phone and meet with prospects in person
• Build relationships with small and midsize business owners
• Present CES solutions related to HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management
• Maintain accurate sales activity records
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development
